Dubai Municipality commissioned MPD for the remodeling of multiple civic service areas across their administrative buildings. The project's core objective was to enhance operational efficiency, accessibility, and sustainability in interior elements. We delivered a range of services from custom joinery and smart storage solutions to high-performance HPL installations in public restrooms and locker areas. Reception counters, archival cabinetry, and ergonomic workstations were fabricated to blend seamlessly with modern architectural design. The project placed high importance on fire-rated materials, acoustic treatments, and public durability. Our ISO- and FSC-certified materials ensured compliance with government health and safety standards. The end result is a professional, clean, and efficient space that supports both public service and internal workflow.

Design in Details

Each area was meticulously redesigned to meet functional, ergonomic, and aesthetic goals. Fire-rated flush doors were installed for enhanced safety, and clean-lined cabinetry solutions provided efficiency in operations. Public restrooms were equipped with full HPL toilet cubicle systems and anti-bacterial urinal partitions.

Staff areas received high-capacity lockers and benching systems. Administrative areas were enhanced with durable reception desks and filing cabinetry with integrated cable management. Neutral color tones and durable surfaces were chosen for longevity and low maintenance.
